What our Amazon account management services include

The cause of an Amazon problem is rarely where it shows up. A sales drop that looks like an advertising issue is often a lost buy box or a suppressed variation. That’s why our account management looks at these areas together. Which of them your plan includes depends on the plan you choose.

Amazon account management services: PPC, listings, account health, inventory and reporting

Amazon PPC

We manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display against each product’s break-even ACoS: the point where ad cost equals your profit before advertising. We restructure campaigns, harvest converting search terms, add negative keywords and manage bids to reduce wasted spend. See our Amazon PPC management service, or our guide on how to reduce ACoS.

Listings and catalog

We handle keyword research, titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ Content and Brand Store pages. We also work to resolve the problems that quietly hide products from search, like suppressed listings and catalog errors. Our listing optimization page explains the process, and our Amazon keyword research guide shows the method behind it.

Account health and Seller Support

Amazon’s Account Health Rating (AHR) ranges from 0 to 1,000 and helps sellers understand their account’s risk of deactivation. Scores of 200 or above are considered healthy, 100–199 indicate that the account is at risk, and scores of 0–99 are considered unhealthy, which means the account may be eligible for deactivation. A lower score is a signal to act, not an automatic suspension. We monitor policy warnings, performance notifications, suppressed listings and catalog issues, and follow up with Seller Support where needed.

Amazon Account Health Rating scale: 0–99 unhealthy, 100–199 at risk, 200 and above healthy

Inventory, Subscribe & Save and bundles

We help plan inventory so stock issues are easier to spot early. Running out can cost rank that takes weeks to rebuild. We also set up Subscribe & Save and product bundles where they suit your catalog.

Reporting

You get regular performance reports and a clear plan for what we’re changing next and why.

Selling in more than one marketplace

Most of our work is Amazon seller account management in Seller Central: pricing, FBA, the buy box, advertising and catalog.

Each marketplace needs its own keyword research. UK shoppers often search differently from US shoppers (“trainers”, not “sneakers”; “colour”, not “color”). VAT also changes the picture: on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de and Amazon.fr, prices shown to shoppers generally include VAT, and your obligations depend on where you store and sell stock, so confirm them with a tax adviser. Since Brexit, UK and EU stock is usually planned and fulfilled separately, so each region typically needs its own stock plan.

Whichever marketplaces you sell in, our Amazon store management services run on the same reporting.

Who runs your account

The real difference between agencies isn’t the service list. It’s how many accounts each person carries, and who is accountable for yours. On Growth and Scale plans, three specialists are dedicated to your account:

Roles on Growth and Scale plans
RoleWhat they own
Account managerGrowth plan, account health and day-to-day communication
PPC managerCampaign structure, bids, search-term mining and budget allocation
Listing managerKeywords, copy, images, A+ Content and listing fixes

How that plays out. Say a hero product on a Growth account slips from page one to page three. The PPC manager sees cost per click rising on its main keywords. The listing manager finds a competitor has undercut the price and one variation has been suppressed. The account manager opens a case for the suppression and flags the pricing gap to you. One team, instead of three tickets in three queues.

More about how we’re set up is on our About page.

The first 90 days

Ninety days is typically how long a proper rebuild takes. It isn’t a lock-in; you can cancel at any time.

  1. Before you sign: the audit. With view-only access to Seller Central and the ad console, we show you where we see money and rank being lost.
  2. Days 1–30: rebuild. We clean up campaign structure, reduce wasted spend, work on improving the listings that matter most and record your baseline.
  3. Days 31–60: conversion. We rewrite the listings that carry the most revenue and move budget to the campaigns that convert.
  4. Days 61–90: growth. Once the account is running more efficiently, we focus on growth in ranking and sales.

How our pricing works

Rebuild and Growth plans are a flat monthly fee based on your account size. Scale accounts can choose a flat fee or a base fee plus an agreed growth-based component. No plan is priced as a percentage of your ad spend, so your fee doesn’t climb just because your ad budget does.

Eleverze account management plans
PlanBuilt forWhat's included
RebuildAccounts doing about $5K–$15K a month in Amazon salesPPC management, listing optimization and reporting
GrowthAccounts doing about $15K–$50K a monthA dedicated three-person team (account manager, PPC manager, listing manager), A+ Content and a shared Slack channel
ScaleAccounts doing $50K+ a month, or selling in several marketplacesA dedicated three-person team, plus expansion scope and a deeper strategy cadence

Ad spend is paid to Amazon and isn’t part of the fee. New listing image design is usually quoted separately. For background, see our guide on how Amazon agencies price their services.

Is this the right fit for your brand?

We do our best work with private-label brands that already sell on Amazon and want a team to own the account. You’re likely a good fit if:

  • You sell roughly $5K to $500K a month on Amazon in the US, UK, Canada, Germany or France.
  • You spend at least $1,000 a month on Amazon ads, or are ready to.
  • You have 5 to 100+ products.
  • You want strategy and execution, not a report telling you what to do.

We’re probably not the right partner if you haven’t launched yet or need a one-off listing rewrite. For counterfeit and hijacker enforcement, we refer brands to DMCA Desk, a brand protection service co-founded by our founder.

How to choose the best Amazon account management agency for your brand

Most Amazon account management companies sound alike on a sales call. Five questions separate them quickly:

  1. How much attention will my account actually get? Ask who works on it each week, and who covers it when your main contact is away.
  2. Who owns the ad account and data if we part ways? It should be you, with everything left in your Seller Central and ad console.
  3. What changed in a current client’s account last week, and why? A good team names specific decisions, not “optimizations”.
  4. How are you paid? A percentage of ad spend rewards spending more, not earning more.
  5. Will you show me what’s wrong before I sign? A real audit tells you more than any pitch deck.

Switching from another agency

  • Access, not passwords. You add us as a user in Seller Central and the ad console, with the permissions you choose.
  • A clean baseline. We record your starting numbers before changing anything, so results are measured fairly.
  • Your data stays yours. It’s your account. If you ever leave, every campaign, report and listing change stays in it.

See what your account is losing before you decide

Our free audit reviews your advertising, listings and account health and shows you where we see sales and ad spend being lost, and what we’d change first. No obligation.

What happens next

  1. Book a call and tell us about your account and goals.
  2. Grant view-only access to Seller Central and the ad console.
  3. Get your findings, then decide.

Amazon account management FAQs

The day-to-day running of your Amazon business: advertising, listings and catalog, account health, Seller Support cases, inventory planning and reporting. Which areas are included depends on your plan. On Growth and Scale, a dedicated account manager, PPC manager and listing manager share the work on your brand.

PPC management covers your ads. Account management also covers what the ads depend on: the listing they send traffic to, stock levels, the buy box and account health. When ads look profitable but total sales stay flat, the cause often sits outside the ad console.

No. You can cancel at any time. The first 90 days are planned as one rebuild because that’s how long the work takes, not because you’re tied in.

Yes. We monitor performance metrics, policy warnings, suppressed listings and catalog errors, and open and follow up Seller Support cases so issues can be addressed as early as possible. Amazon makes the final decision on cases and appeals.

View-only access for the audit, then user access once we begin. We also ask for product costs and margins, so every bid is set against your real break-even point.
